The Indian plant-based egg startup Evo Foods has announced two new investments. The capital comes from VegInvest, a vegan investment firm, and angel investor Dr. Sandhya Sriram.Sriram is CEO and co-founder of cultivated shrimp company Shiok Meats, while VegInvest has invested in several clean meat startups such as Mosa Meat and Wild Earth in the past.
